The Wind Chime Festival was held at Kozenji Temple in the castle town of Iga Ueno Castle! Apparently, 1,300 wind chimes were on display, and the cool sound of them swaying in the wind could be heard. There were benches set up, and some people were relaxing and listening to the sound of the wind chimes.
