Ibusuki: Check in from Nagasakibana to JR Southernmost Station

Take the 13:09 bus from Nagasaki Nose and walk back three stops to Tokumitsu Civic Center Station. Walk back a little and there will be a sign at the intersection. Follow the sign to Tokumitsu Shrine, turn slightly right, and walk along the rice fields for about 25 minutes until you see the Nishidaiyama bus stop. This is the southernmost station of Japan's JR, so many people come here to check in. There is a small shop opposite that sells stamp certificates.
