At noon, performance teams dressed in vibrant costumes paraded through the streets accompanied by the sound of gongs and drums, drawing large crowds wherever they went. In the afternoon, two "water dragons" appeared at the museum square, where participants used ladles and basins to splash water onto the dragon bodies, symbolizing blessings from the water dragons. Additionally, during the 2024 Dragon Boat Festival, Huize County will host related activities at the Ancient Town Museum Square and Zhongping Yili·Yizhuo Water Township Scenic Area. From June 19 to 21, inspections will be conducted at these venues to ensure visitor safety and a pleasant tourism environment. On June 23 and 24, the Zhongping Yili·Yizhuo Water Township Scenic Area will hold the "Passionate Dragon Boat Festival, Joyful Zongzi Sharing" community art performance event, enriching visitors' festival experience.
