A message from my boss, ready to go home after finishing work, made me think, since I'm here, I have to stop by! A quiet afternoon coffee shop (?!) is a very comfortable environment. The air is incredibly fresh, the owner is incredibly welcoming, and the coffee is incredibly large! The coffee goes well with the owner's homemade lemonade, which has a distinct lemony aroma and a hint of bitterness from the zest. It's quite good. While chatting, the boss even treated me to his signature dish—braised food! The beef tripe, dried tofu, and kelp were braised to perfection, not too salty and with just the right amount of flavor. The highlight was the chili sauce (yes, also homemade by the owner!). The unique aroma and spiciness of the chili really made the whole dish shine! If you're passing by, don't forget to stop in and try the owner's coffee and experience his hospitality!
