From the horizon, you can see rolling green mountains and the majestic Qingshui Cliff, creating a vast and breathtaking scenery. The scenic area features a 21-kilometer bicycle path connecting Nanbin Park, Hualien Harbor, and the 48th Highland. There are also facilities like a stone sculpture park and a stargazing plaza.
