Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong Michelin Two Stars

#foodie Second visit to Sushi Saito. Located in the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, it has two Michelin stars. Like its main restaurant in Tokyo, it only accepts reservations from regular customers, so reservations are often required in advance and seats are hard to come by. Fujimoto San was the receptionist both times. He speaks fluent English and is very good at adjusting the atmosphere. Both dining experiences were first-class. Of course, the best thing is the food itself. The top-quality ingredients flown in from Japan and the chef's knife skills, the fish liver, tuna, and the winter-only Shirako are all excellent. They also offer takeout now, and the quality is top-notch. It's an omakase restaurant that I will continue to visit.
