High-quality semi-buffet dinner under the canopy

🦆Bistro Bloom 📍Mong Kok - Shop 2, 13/F, Langham Place, 8 Argyle Street Tonight, my husband and I were buying table tennis paddles near Langham Place 🏓. I remember my wife mentioned a good semi-buffet restaurant on 1/F and 3/F of Langham Place, so we decided to try their semi-buffet dinner under the canopy 🌃. The semi-buffet dinner 📔 had more options than I expected, with 1 or 2 dishes to choose from. The staff also strongly recommended the Black Wagyu Beef Shank Steak 🐂 with French Raclette Cheese 🧀, which isn't on the main menu 📔. Okay, let's give it a try 😋. Appetizer Section The salad 🥗 looked very fresh (I didn't eat it tonight 😆), and there were also a variety of cold cuts. Although the seafood selection was limited—just shrimp, blue mussels, and clams—everything was incredibly fresh. The shrimp, in particular, were incredibly tender and bouncy. Delicious! Main Course Black Wagyu Beef Shank Steak with Raclette Cheese $348 The Wagyu beef shank was incredibly tender and perfectly grilled, still pink inside. It was incredibly delicious. The addition of Raclette cheese, a cheese similar to blue cheese, was incredibly rich and satisfying. The rich, creamy flavor of the cheese blended beautifully with the flavor of the beef, leaving a lingering aftertaste. The waiter's recommendation was spot-on. American Scallop Risotto with Lobster Sauce $298 This main course was also excellent. The rice had a great texture, and the scallops were fresh and sweet 🥰. The rich lobster sauce made it even more delicious 😋. Dessert Buffet There were approximately 🔟 desserts to choose from, all of which were excellent, especially the chocolate pie. The chocolate flavor 🍫 was so strong that my husband and I ate four of them alone 😂. Overall, the restaurant's food was of a very high standard. Both the main courses and the buffet were delicious. The buffet was also very quick to refill, which is commendable 👍. I'm planning to bring my wife and daughter to enjoy a high-quality semi-buffet under the canopy next time.
