Daimaru Ramen is located in Bowen Street, Tai Kok Tsui. It is run by a Hong Kong-Japanese couple! The soup here is boiled for more than 10 hours using pork and chicken bones, so it has a rich flavor. Since there are only 12 locations in the store, we often see queues! I queued up around 11:30 on a weekday, opened at 12, and successfully entered the store for the first time! This time I tried the shrimp balls and the daily limited supply of mussel balls. I felt that the soup was rich and fresh, the char siu was moderately fat and soft enough, and the surface of the dumplings was also very thin and crispy!
