A new store opened on the waterfront of Tsim Sha Tsui, which is a combination of a bar and a cafe. The theme is Mickey Mouse boutique, and the check-in spot is right after you enter the door😎. The store environment is stylishly decorated. It is a new store so the food supply is limited. Adding more dishes would be perfect🙈. - ▪︎Mocktail Summer (blue): Sprite, lime, pineapple and blue orange wine Vitally (orange): passion fruit, lime and orange juice These two drinks are non-alcoholic drinks with bright colors and dried flowers as decoration. Summer has a gradient look, and the floating crushed ice is quite special 🤩. Vitally has a fresher taste, and both drinks are sour and sweet, which is quite appetizing☺️. - ▪︎ Crispy Pork Belly HKD$148 An attractive dish made with deep-fried grilled pineapple, gravy and apple sauce. What surprised me was the crispy texture of the outer layer, which was crispy and not greasy. The pork belly is evenly fat and lean, tender and smooth with a fragrant taste😚. - ▪︎Chocolate Mousse Cone HKD$88 This is an ice cream-shaped dessert, a dessert worth checking in😍, made with mixed strawberry jam, salted caramel ice cream and sweetened bran.
