FLAMES has four branches, and my friends came to the branch located in Waterfront Plaza during the holidays. This building is actually a commercial building, but I didn't expect a restaurant to operate on holidays, and it was nearly full❗️ There are only a few restaurants nearby, and the environment here is comfortable and elegant. Working people can consider it if they want to talk or chill after work. The restaurant also has an open-air location. When the weather is not too hot or too cold, you can dine outdoors on the grass. The view is quite nice😍 🥩12oz American Angus Broiler Steak with Potatoes ($298) The 12 ounce steak is really thick and big! There are many videos for two people, so you don't have to worry about not being full enough 🤣 The steak ordered medium, the whole steak was fried quite handsomely, cut open to see the color pink and tender, the meat juice locked inside the steak 😍 bite the steak crispy outside and tender inside, the taste is good and quite thick ~ The only drawback is that there was no creamy mashed potatoes that day, so I switched vegetables as a side dish, but vegetables can relieve thirst is good😋 🦀Crab Parmesan Cheese Crispy Tomato Cream Pasta ($138) This pasta uses pasta, each grain is covered with tomato cream sauce in the middle, very seasoned 🥰 Paired with rich Parmesan cheese, the taste is just not salty, creamy sweet and sour, eat not greasy and very appetizing🤤 The portion of crab meat is super large 😍 There are also some crispy to add layering, everything together is very rich and good, really can not stop eating! 🍸火焰泻湖（$88） The lake blue cocktail is great for taking pictures💙 The lychee flavor is prominent and not too sweet, and is quite balanced with the amount of wine (If you are afraid of strong alcohol, wait until the ice melts before drinking!)
