Qiandao Lake Day Tour

Qiandao Lake, officially known as Tai Lam Chung Reservoir, is the largest reservoir in the northwest New Territories. There are dozens of hills and islands and four dams in the pond, so it is called Thousand Island Lake. You can start from Tai Lam Chung Reservoir or head down from Yuen Long. The geology of Tai Lam Chung area is mostly hard rock flat roads, the terrain is relatively low, but there are few shade trees in the area, so it is recommended to visit in winter.
