Lobster themed buffet dinner

I didn't have Chinese food for the Lunar New Year dinner this year. I chose to have a buffet at the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong Hotel. I haven't had a hotel buffet dinner for a long time. There was very little crowd on the night of Lunar New Year's Eve. There were more kinds of food than expected. There were almost twenty hot pots, dozens of cakes and desserts.
