You can eat sausages from different places at one time. My favorite is the Austrian smoked cheese sausage. You can clearly see the melted cheese grains inside the sausage, which is delicious. The side dishes include roast potatoes, carrots and bell peppers, which are colorful. 🥘 Spanish seafood rice $228 The hot and spicy Spanish paella has prawns, mussels, clams, squid, salmon fillet, spicy sausage and smoked chicken. The rice is just the right hardness and has absorbed the essence of the seafood, making it full of umami flavor. You can add lemon juice before eating to make the risotto more refreshing. The mussels and clams were plump and juicy, the prawns were tasty, and the portion was large enough for 3-4 people. 🐷 Grilled Axe Pork Chop, Bacon and Cabbage, French Fries $252 In the past, I always ordered the signature pork knuckle when I visited the restaurant, but this time I tried something new and ordered the equally anticipated Roasted Axe Pork Chop. The roasted axe pork chop was crispy on the outside and still juicy on the inside. Every bite was satisfying. Served with bacon brussels sprouts and fries, it's delicious and filling. 🍫 Chocolate Soft Heart, Vanilla Ice Cream $88 The restaurant provides birthday plate service. The chocolate core is too soft and the outer layer is loose, with hot melt chocolate inside. The sweetness is moderate and paired with vanilla ice cream, it is very satisfying. 🍹 VODKA PUNCH $78 Summer vodka punch, orange juice, pineapple juice, passion fruit The light orange-pink color gives a vibrant feeling, the taste is sweet and sour, and with the addition of passion fruit, it has an outstanding aroma and is easy to drink. MINTY GRAPE $62 Mint grape soda, lime, apple juice, honey grapefruit A refreshing drink that quenches thirst and is best paired with meat.
