The food is as follows: The bread before the meal has a strong sesame aroma and is a bit hard, but it tastes good when spread with butter. The soup of the day was chowder soup, which was made with celery and chowder. It was cooked at a high temperature, warm and thick. Seared French Duck Breast The slices are pre-cut and neatly arranged on the plate. Fried until crispy, the meat is chewy yet tender. The side dishes are colorful and beautiful like pictures. The yellow cake-like objects are potatoes, which are soft and smooth with a sweet and rich taste. Cream Spinach Chicken Pasta The green sauce is sprinkled with a lot of cheese powder, which gives it a rich flavor. The chicken was cooked till tender and the mushrooms were tasty. The pasta is tender and smooth, and covered with sauce, it becomes delicious. Pan-Fried Salmon Fillet The portion is huge, with large chunks of semi-melted cheese on the surface. The salmon was fried well, with a strong fish oil flavor, cooked through and tender. I ordered a dessert, which was raspberry cake. There are butterfly decorations on the surface and the cake is a charming pink color. The mousse inside is sweet but not too filling, and the seasoning is well controlled. Environment: Away from the busy streets of Wan Chai, there are not many people and the restaurant is not full during peak hours, so you can enjoy the tranquility. The place is spacious, the sofa booths are comfortable, and the green decorations on the walls give it an environmentally friendly feel. Service: The waiters are warm, polite and attentive.
