Hong Kong Restaurant Exploration｜Eat high-quality skewers and enjoy sake at an izakaya in Tsim Sha Tsui

I was in Tsim Sha Tsui with my friends during lunch time on weekends. There were too many people in Hou Fuk Street. We walked around and came to the Observatory. Unexpectedly, we made a new discovery. I found this izakaya located in the busy city around the Observatory. Lunch Set $388@ Its lunch set here is centered around skewers/grilled items, with five per person to choose from, along with appetizers, main courses and desserts. For the appetizers, we chose angler liver and vinegar jellyfish respectively. The fish liver is smooth and rich in flavour. The jellyfish tastes crispy, and the vinegar sauce is very appetizing. Two of us ordered the following skewers/grilled items: - Asparagus Pork Roll: The pork is grilled until a little crispy, and the aroma of oil penetrates into the crispy radish. - Homemade ground chicken cartilage: Chicken cartilage is added to the ground chicken for added texture, and it tastes more fragrant with egg sauce. - Chicken skin basil shrimp roll: Crispy chicken skin rolled with shrimp meat, coupled with the fresh aroma of basil leaves, the mouth and taste are very layered. - White eel: Grilled until the skin is crispy and the meat is tender, the eel meat tastes refreshing and bouncy. - Sauce Grilled Beef Ribs: The beef ribs are very tasty. -Thick-cut beef tongue: Thick-cut beef tongue tastes very good. - New Zealand lamb chop: The lamb chop is tender and not shy at all. - South African Bacon: Whole bacon grilled, fresh and bouncy. After the skewers, there is also the main course. We ordered clear chicken soup hot rice and clear chicken soup tea-soaked rice. The udon and rice absorb the essence of the chicken broth. The rich chicken broth is very warming, perfect for such a cold weather. For dessert, there are Nitto rolls and red bean white jade. The roll has a smooth texture, with pieces of apple flesh inside, which gives it a hint of apple fragrance. As for the red bean and white jade, the sweet red beans, the smooth white jade and the fern cake are simply a perfect match.
