Le Menu, a Western restaurant at the Six Nations Hotel, finally reopened before the peak season after several months of renovation. The main character is the stewed flower gelatin without fishy smell, rich in collagen, chewy and nourishing. There is an endless supply of dishes. I ate at least 4 ounces. Others include oyster button bacon, oyster stewed duck paw, stewed sea cucumber, bamboo shoot seasonal vegetables, Eastern Star class and so on. A little unhappy not to get the sea cucumber.
