. Blues Spanish Holiday Brunch.

On Sunday, I returned to Central to meet up with my friends and went to the restaurant he chose, Chueca. This restaurant specializes in Spanish cuisine, but its decor is elegant and simple. The main blue tone runs through the entire store, and the entrance is open, which is very chill. When we arrived at two o'clock, the place was already full of people, very lively. Seeing that everyone had a plate of seafood on the table, we ordered the $588 weekend brunch without hesitation. The set menu includes a seafood plate, tapas, a main course and a dessert. The seafood platter was served first, including Boston lobster, French oysters, tiger prawns and avocado tuna tartare. An orange-red plate with fresh seafood, plump and creamy oysters, meaty lobsters, and crispy and chewy tiger prawns. Avocado tartar with corn chips is refreshing and rich in taste when paired with seafood. We ordered some cocktails. My friend's Lemon Love was sweet and sour and appetizing, while my Chueca Martini was sweeter with a nice strawberry flavor. There are 3 appetizers. The first is Chef’s Rusa, which is full of mayonnaise mixed with tuna and served with bread. Croquetas are crispy fried potato poppers with semi-melted potato puree and black truffle sauce. They are fragrant and crispy when eaten. There are also small green peppers, which are sweet but slightly spicy. For the main course we chose two, Iberico pork and risotto! The Italian rice portion is large and is enough for two people. In the middle is the bright red and plump Mediterranean red shrimp, the shrimp meat is refreshing, chewy and creamy. The texture of the rice is not particularly soft, but it has absorbed all the essence of the red shrimp, so it has a juicy shrimp paste aroma when you put it in your mouth. Recommended! The black pork was roasted till tender and juicy, without any shoe-mouth feeling at all, and every piece was fat. Although it didn’t taste like beef, the pig was of good quality! The dessert is the signature cheesecake, which is semi-melted and slightly warm in the mouth, with a strong cheese flavor, and a little blueberry jam to reduce the greasiness. Another dessert is chocolate ice cream with chocolate. The chocolate is the kind I like, slightly sweet and bitter, and it has a perfect double taste when eaten with ice cream. I spent a leisurely Sunday afternoon in a beautiful restaurant, eating delicious food and listening to music. This weekend brunch is worth a try! #香港美食 #holidaydestinations #foodie #hkfoodie #hkfood #hkfoodblogger #summerfoodrecommendations #localtravel Chueca (Central) G/F, 8 Gough Street, Central
