Japanese Robatayaki with a charcoal aroma

It was my friend’s birthday, so we went to Robatayaki located on the basement level of Harbour Grand Kowloon Hotel in Whampoa. It’s just across the street from the MTR station, so very convenient. The environment here is very comfortable, with a Japanese feel. The chef sat in front of us and talked and introduced the food. Each ingredient was cooked as ordered. The aroma of charcoal made me drool. After it was cooked, he passed it to us with a long wooden stick.
