Christmas Staycation 🎄

[#ChristmasStaycation] Even before stepping into December, we can already feel the strong Christmas atmosphere! So, we decided to have a quick two-day-one-night staycation at Auberge Discovery Bay Hong Kong. Located in Discovery Bay, the hotel has a charming European vibe with stunning Christmas 🎄 decorations. We booked a sea view room with breakfast included via Trip.com for only HKD 1,700, which is such a great deal for a Friday and Saturday stay! 😁 Unfortunately, due to the rain and cold weather, we couldn't swim in the pool. But it didn't dampen our spirits as we spent a relaxing time soaking in the bathtub in our room. The next morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast 🥣 buffet with a wide variety of food options. After breakfast, we headed to the playroom, where we found plenty of claw machines 🧸 and a slide with a breathtaking sea view. There was also a small corner with books for the little ones to read. Although the playroom was small, it was enough to keep us entertained for quite some time! Finally, the highlight of our stay was the horse-riding activity. We made a reservation one day in advance, and the next day, we got to take photos with the horses and even fed them up close. Both kids and adults were thrilled, and it only cost HKD 35 per person! If you're planning a stay in December, don't miss the "Magical Winter Snow" event every Saturday and Sunday at Discovery Bay, where you can take photos with Santa Claus!
