Fresh Japanese cuisine in Jordan Today I had a meeting with a client in Jordan. I looked online for good restaurants in Jordan and found this small fresh Japanese restaurant. The environment is quite large, each seat is very comfortable to sit between, there is a sense of independent space, do not worry about the next seat hearing what you are talking about. The options on the menu, while not very large, are appealing. We opted for the Japanese grilled meat eye set meal $188 Includes bean curd soup and Japanese egg Remember to mix the Japanese egg with soy sauce and eat it with rice or dip beef. Mizu Grilled Bird Set $188 That is the chicken skewers set meal, which also has bean curd soup and Japanese eggs. The chicken skewers are just right, the meat is tender and juicy. The best, though, was the pan-fried vanilla lamb rack with mashed potato soufflé $138 Full of vanilla, the lamb rack is tender and grilled to just retain the freshness of the meat. Pair it with a mashed potato soufflé, it's filling! For drinks, both were delicious and refreshing. It won't be too sweet.
