However, the Staycation experience is not lost

I haven't tried to staycation in Hong Kong for a long time. This time I chose a special sea view hotel to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the blue sea that is different from the Victoria Harbor. When I booked the room, I chose a high-seat sea view room, but the hotel was given a room with almost no sea view when I checked in (picture two). From the room I called the front desk to ask if I could change rooms, but didn't answer for half an hour. Later, through trip.com good customer service intervention, successfully changed to a beautiful room with an unbeatable sea view (picture one), very satisfied with this customer service experience.
