Address: 1/F, Kok Pah Mansion, 58-60 Cameron Rd, Tsim Sha Tsui Black Wood Izakaya, is a complete package restaurant. I think the interior is superb. From the ground floor to 1/F are all very nice. Honestly, its decoration was the thing draws me to come to this Japanese restaurant. Greeted by Mr. skeleton and then walking up the stair to find myself walking under the maple tree with a spider web hanging on the wall, Izakaya successfully brings autumn and Halloween into the restaurant. Every meal comes with miso soup and an appetizer. We ordered grilled salmon sashimi & soft-boiled egg with rice and also a set of sushi with udon, they are just oishī 😋. Foods are good, the presentation is nice, some of them so out of the box, makes it more interesting. Come before 12.30 for lunch will be better and save you time waiting.
