🍴High quality sea view lunch at Discovery Bay Hotel😋

🌟I haven't been to Discovery Bay for a long time. I booked a staycation at Discovery Bay Hotel with my boyfriend. Go to the ground floor of the hotel before checking in Let's have lunch at Café bord de Mer & Lounge🥰 The restaurant environment is quite casual and relex. The highlight is the floor-to-ceiling glass with good lighting. You can see the sea view outside the window. It also has a blue sky and waterfront white church as a backdrop for great photos! The all day set menu has 3 courses set meals. including appetizers, main courses, desserts and drinks. from Chinese, Western, and Southeast Asian cuisine. There are quite a lot of choices 🥰👍🏻 Appetizers: 🐣Black Truffle Sesame Sauce Chicken Silk Vermicelli I like the chicken vermicelli, the smoky and tough vermicelli mixed with chicken vermicelli, Cucumber strips, carrot strips, fresh and appetizing. Served with black truffle and sesame sauce, it's more delicious😋 🧡 Salmon sauce layer cake The presentation is exquisite, with 2 pieces of mille-feuille sandwiched with plenty of salmon sauce. The pastry was very crispy and the salmon sauce was crispy.
