The Worst Front Desk Staff that never seen in my life.

I have made a booking via Trip.com today 3/10/2022 and check in on the same day. Address : 88 Yee Wo Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. 5-10 minutes walk from Causeway Bay Station. Amenities and Facility : swimming pool is closed due to renovation. Highlight : The front desk staff is impolite, rude and arrogant, this is first time I met in my life. There is no USB port inside the room, impolite Front desk staff who name as Mavis told no USB port, but still redirect me to connect my cell phone onto socket without USB power plug. No mineral water to be provided for kids, the reason given is kids have not registered at front office when check-in, then what is the purpose of putting the room's name as Superior Family Room? She might think this particular room is entitled for 2 adults. I believe almost 90% of the 3, 4 and 5 stars Hotels will definitely serve the mineral water upon request. Furthermore, no kids shoes will be provided. No bathrobes are available as per photo shown by trip.com After making complaints to customer service of trip.com name as Yannis, about unavailable of mineral water, then hotel manager had sent me 4 bottles of mineral waters, and offered me 2 pm checkout time. Avg. Price per Person - HKD500 per person Rating - it should be downgraded to 2 stars Hotels, most of 5 stars hotel will provide red wine and birthday cake for the guest who celebrating their birthdays or anniversary. This hotel cannot afford to provide free mineral water, do not think about red wine and cake. Shaver Razor will be charged for HKD10. Furthermore, front desk did not tell me about air-conditioning was not working during my check in. (Please see the attached) Nevertheless, thanks for Trip.com Customer service who has help me to make a complaint to the Hotel. In return, the hotel manager offered late checkout at 2pm to show his apologize.
