Pickabowl~Special Sashimi Rice

Store name: Pickabowl Address: Shop 112, 1/F, D2 Place, Lai Chi Kok Per person: $93 (meal $86 plus drinks without tax) A friend saw me on holiday and asked me to try a rather special sashimi rice downstairs at his office. I thought what would be so special about the sashimi rice? So go try it. The restaurant location is not difficult to find, but just looking at the door will feel it does not look like a place to eat sashimi, always feel that the place to eat sashimi should be very Japanese decoration, and Pickabowl seems to eat dessert fruit shops more, so I'm quite curious what its food will be. Long story short, the menu has two options, one that he sets the pairing, choose yourself what main course, there are four kinds of rice, one salad, one udon. The other is to DIY your own choice of ingredients, as are other staples and the like. We wanted to eat everything, so of course we opted to DIY our own! We choose as follows: 1. Classic salmon with vanilla mustard cooked shrimp with yam side dish, with white rice + brown rice 2. Classic salmon with Spanish garlic oil cooked shrimp with egg yolk side dish, with yellow ginger cauliflower + rice Classic salmon has a sauce flavor but not strong, still has the salmon meat flavor Overall quite good. Mustard shrimp is a bit salty, originally thought the shrimp meat would be the kind of "lin Zizi" taste, did not expect it would be quite bouncy, so handled quite well does not affect the taste, as for the yam has a slight mustard flavor, quite refreshing plus the yam's crispness is really good. However I don't know if I ordered too much of something with mustard, it always felt a little different from what my friends ordered. The other party's garlic shrimp with egg yolk was quite tasty, it really suited the taste! Especially the pineapple in it makes the overall taste quite comfortable. Overall, it's actually quite worth a try, after all, the sashimi rice on the street is actually the same, occasionally try such a health-themed is quite special, personally I think I will eat a few more times! #HealthyEating
