Wilson Trail section 9

Getting There - Get off on Fanling stop from mtr and take bus 52B past the organic farm and walk through reservoir Attractions - beautiful Mountain Views and lush greenery Difficulty- 5/5 The beginning of the trail took a few km to arrive at and I got there through the reservoir. it’s over 10k through some rough uphill climbs and rocky steep slopes. if you’re looking for a challenge this is a great section to hike. once you get up in the mountaintops there are beautiful views overlooking Hong Kong and even Shenzhen on the mainland. There is less signage on this section so you should be careful not to end up off on one of the nature trails running through the area. To get back to civilization you can follow the signs to tau mei tuk and there is a bus terminal there with buses headed to many different metro stations, Tai Po market was the one I opted for.
