Rich afternoon tea (limited to 2 people)

Today I went to a restaurant that can only allow 2 people per table under the gathering restriction. The restaurant is in Tin Shui Wai Tin Yiu Estate Shopping Centre. Maybe it's very comfortable to sit under the gathering restriction.
