❁New parent-child yoga experience❁

Last Saturday morning was an amazing experience for Nana and I. We took our first in-person yoga class together. The teacher Amber is very friendly and passionate about teaching yoga. This Bimbo Concept playroom is also full of fun. The game room was converted from a hotel suite and features a sunny view and a spacious and relaxing location. The surroundings are also filled with toys with different characters, most of which are educational toys.  During the course we learned some mindfulness techniques, breathing techniques, and made some crafts to take home and practice. We made a bead bracelet for meditation and to calm our minds. The teacher taught us to draw a palm picture to guide and appreciate ourselves. We had a wonderful mom and daughter time.
