French cuisine for the second time – Amber

The first French meal, I dedicated to L’Envol. The dish of the day is still fresh in my memory. The most stunning one is the seaweed and red shrimp box. The moment you open the box, looking at the full seaweed, plus eating each bite of freshness, the happiness is self-evident. By chance, I followed the gymnasium director to Amber for a French dinner today. In order to eat, in the end I went to how far 🤣🤣 Overall is very satisfied, each dish is very good. There was no shortage of surprises, and it was definitely worth a try. The most amazing dish, definitely belongs to the caviar 😍😍 with red seaweed and lobster jelly. If the seaweed lobster box brings happiness, this caviar sends me a happy beginning. Later the main course of lamb rack was also excellent, tender meat, not too much fat but with a slight greasy aroma. I have to mention the final dessert: 90% chocolate with bean curd and cocoa, chocolate is not too sweet and has different layers, the taste is absolutely pleasant. Others were excellent, satisfying from the first course to the final dessert.
