Club Lounge of Hyatt Regency Hong Kong TST

I have been to the Hyatt Regency TST Club Lounge twice and the experience was quite extreme, I guess the quality depends on the day of visit and whether the club floor booking is full or not. Hospitality could be terrible when the lounge is full because they have under-staff problem and weak management. Forget my first terrible experience. My second experience was good after 3 weeks of my first visit; so it is worthy to give this hotel and club floor a second chance.
