Recommended bakery in Tsim Sha Tsui

My two sons are both bread and dessert lovers, but they are quite picky and don't like every bakery they come across. One of their favorites is the bakery at K11, called Green Ginkgo Bakery. Green Ginkgo offers a wide variety of bread and regularly introduces limited-edition items. Recently, they launched a pandan-themed selection, including pandan-flavored pineapple buns and egg tarts, which are incredibly tempting. This time, we tried the pandan pineapple bun, and it was absolutely unforgettable. My younger son, besides loving the classic caramel star-shaped egg tart, also tried the newly introduced pistachio and strawberry-flavored egg tarts. Both were delicious and refreshing. The outer pastry was delightfully crispy, with layers that weren’t overly greasy but still had a rich, crunchy texture. Each flavor of the custard filling had its own unique taste and charm. No wonder this bakery is always crowded whenever we pass by. Their pistachio-flavored croissants and nostalgic Hong Kong-style cream buns are also quite special.
