WHISK is located on the fifth floor of the Miramar Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui. Before the appetizers, the waiter served us Sourdough bread, the organization of the bread is layered and rich in elasticity, with orange peel butter to enjoy together, really super fragrant super delicious. The starter of Japanese sweet shrimp, fresh and bouncy, with the addition of calendula and white vinegar, is refreshing and appetizing. The main course had pearl chicken, which the chef used a slow-cooked cooking method with grape sauce and harissa chili sauce, both sweet and spicy, special.
