From Monday to Thursday, a limited number of 30 portions of 300-gram New Zealand grass-fed beef sirloin were sold every day for only 88 yuan. We were seated before 7 o'clock on a Tuesday in July. There were not many customers at that time, but the seats were filled quickly. Shrimp Cakes went to the counter to order, while Waffles was responsible for pouring water and getting an apron. The Shrimp Cake Dinner ($118) comes with 300g of New Zealand grass-fed beef sirloin served with raw onions, miso soup, white rice and Jolly Shandy. The big piece of sirloin is very worthwhile and the shrimp cakes are very satisfying. For waffles, we chose the most expensive Fengmen willow, which should be cut into at least 200 grams. The waiter cut it into 192 grams ($152). You get what you pay for. Fengmen fillet tastes better than grass-fed beef sirloin, with a stronger meat flavor without being tough. The waffle set (extra 30 yuan) came with a hot spring egg, white rice and Jolly Shandy. The hot spring egg was cooked well.
