café 103 Lunch buffet

The environment is nice. To be honest, the food tastes OK, but it seems that there is no amazing delicacy except mashed potatoes. Not a lot of styles. Service attitude is average If you go there for the sea view, I personally think there are only two tables with a good view, so you must make a reservation at least one month in advance. The two ends of the restaurant, like the end where I sat, overlook the direction of Kowloon Bay, and the scenery is obviously not as good as the other end.
