I’ve been to BOON before and thought the food was very special, so this time I went to their sister store HONBU, which is located upstairs on Kaiyuan Road. The lighting is soft and the environment is simply decorated. There is also an outdoor area for dining. Orders are placed here by scanning a QR code, and lunch also comes with soup and drinks. - 💥Hot Caramel Coffee | Iced Fruit Jasmine Tea HKD$18, drinks are upgraded with meals. The hot caramel coffee tastes sweet, and the coffee flavor is strong and not bitter 😚. The frozen fruit jasmine tea noodles are filled with fruits. It tastes sour and sweet and is refreshing, with a rich taste including fruits. - 💥Bonito Aged Hanger Steak HKD$168, it tastes delicious and looks attractive. It is made with Fengmen willow, and the meat is tender and juicy. The sauce is rich and flavourful, with a hint of bonito flavour. The Fengmen willow is cooked to the perfect degree and is served mixed with other vegetables. - 💥Beancurd Pork Cutlet Charcoal Burger HKD$128, this burger is very eye-catching, using Spanish pork eyes, the pork eye is so big that it is even bigger than Jingjing's hand😍. The golden appearance is crispy and the meat is tender and oily. I used cheese fermented bean curd sauce to marinate it. I was afraid that the taste would be too strong, but I was pleasantly surprised when I tasted it because the rich and fragrant fermented bean curd flavor goes well with the cheese 😋. - 💥Lemon Meringue Waffles HKD$68, a dessert after the meal is the perfect end to the meal. Lemon meringue tastes sweet and sour and has a smooth and delicate texture.
