Ticket to Christmas at Pacific Place: A Storybook Train Station in the Middle of Hong Kong

📍 Pacific Place, 88 Queensway, Admiralty – Garden Court LG1 This year Pacific Place has turned its central atrium into Christmas Grand Central, a European-style train station filled with storybook animal staff and glowing festive sets. From Ellie the Elephant ringing a bell on the station rooftop to farmer Remi the Rabbit posing with his prize-winning carrot and the Pine Forest Freight crew unloading Christmas trees, every corner is built for photos and kids’ imaginations. The main scene sits in the Garden Court on LG1, with more decorations and characters scattered through the mall and nearby Starstreet Precinct, so you can wander, explore and keep “meeting” new residents of the station as you shop.  Ticket to Christmas runs from 14 November 2025 to 2 January 2026, with plenty to do beyond taking photos. You can redeem an immersive train ride from Christmas Grand Central to “Paris” by joining the Pacific Place above loyalty programme and spending HK$300 in same-day electronic receipts; each ticket covers up to four people on the animated ride. There’s also a Santa Express grotto, Station Café craft workshops and a Wonderbox gift shop, with some Santa tickets supporting Operation Santa Claus.
