Merrill Hotel, Central Address: 22 Red Cotton Road, Central, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, China Price: $2981 (purchased from Klook Package) Rating: 9/10 Klook套餐： [Consumer Voucher Deal 1 Limited Offer] Sunday to Friday Double Upgrade to N2 Grand Room + Wagyu Sea and Land Dinner + Upgrade to Popinjays Double Afternoon Tea + Breakfast + 31-Hour Accommodation (Limited on Selected Days) + Free Parking + Free Pet In the last episode, we talked about the hotel room type facilities and staff attitude🌟 Next episode will talk about Package package of 3 meals 😋 The first meal was the ancient tree blooming afternoon tea at Popinjays The whole set is pink because it matches the Merrill knotted fruit tree Girly heart burst 💗💗💗 This set has 5 savory dishes and 5 desserts🍮 Savory: • Cocktail shrimp with horseradish custard • Beetroot cured salmon sandwich • Herring seed puffs • Sweet pea and soft vanilla cheese tart • Smoked Duck Rocket Sandwich Dessert: • Sweet white peach tart • Grapefruit Jasmine Puff • Maple Sugar Raspberry Fernand Snow Small Cake • Cherry Cherry Blossom Cake • Rose Strawberry Roll Afternoon tea also includes homemade original muffins and grape muffins can be served with strawberry jam or cream 😋 Personally, I don't think it's particularly tasty. There are even a couple of them that are scams🙈 However, Hong Kong girl tea is great for taking pictures 🤣 The second meal was the Wagyu Sea and Land Dinner at The Tai Pan on the 1st floor Appetiser Everyone chose the lobster soup🦞 Because I don't want to eat salad 🤣 Feel that it is really soup cooked with lobster Will drink a bit grainy feeling also heavy lobster flavor Main Course 👦🏻Choose GRILLED WAGYU HANGER STEAK SURF AND TURF 👧🏻Choose Sustainable Barramundi 👦🏻 I was quite rich with wagyu steak plus tiger prawns and black truffle mashed potatoes as a side dish when ordered 5 percent cooked entrance is quite juicy Go two tiger prawns are quite large its freshness is very out and the black truffle mashed potatoes is the most surprising very fragrant 👧🏻The fish is delicious, fried just right and not fishy🐟 I don't like eating fish too much but I was surprised to eat it all 👍🏻 And the side dishes are delicious😋 For dessert we chose one each of seasonal berries clafoutis and dark chocolate tart Seasonal Berries Clafoutis 🍓 The raspberry flavor is very strong because it has a little sourness so that the whole dessert does not feel very heavy after eating the sweet and sour ratio of the seasoning is done well Dark chocolate tart🍫 Not too sweet.
