This collaboration with popular new bar restaurant CARBON presents a diverse whiskey experience on the top floor of Hcode, a new landmark in Central, with beautiful views overlooking the entire Central Breeding a body of whiskey with a natural flavor (Wild), the distillery's emphasis on balanced (Harmony) taste makes its whiskey unique 12 years of whiskey a glass and very rich snack platter can surely satisfy all diners and drinkers, food plus cocktails plus CARBON's unique beauty of Central, is simply a great enjoyment📸📸📸 All three cocktails feature Highland Park 12-year-old single malt whiskey, Viking Honor, aged primarily in European and American oak sherry barrels. 🍹US Prime Washed Old Fashion HK$178 (my favorite 😘) The first cocktail uses Highland Park 12-year-old whiskey as a base, using the fat of American steak for two filters, and adding toasted syrup, Angostura bitters for an overall flavour, garnished with roasted dried oranges and ham. 🍹Moonshine HK$158 The second is also based on Highland Park 12-year-old whiskey, a blend of cider, fresh apple juice, homemade apple syrup and 14 herbs and spices, charred cinnamon and rosemary for decoration. 🍹Viking Highball HK$148 No ordinary Highball, based on Highland Park 12 years, with lemon juice, Amaro Montenegro and pear-flavored soda water, plus a slice of fragrant pear for decoration, the taste is fresh and appetizing, I believe ladies will love this cocktail! 😋🥘Snack platter (six delicacies) created by CARBON Executive Chef Mike Boyle Crabmeat Salad: Fresh and sweet crabmeat paired with avocado and grapefruit, a fresh taste kicks off this feast. Smoked Salmon Mousse: The freshness of salmon caviar coupled with the aroma of smoked salmon oil overflowing in the mouth, the savory mousse brings a rush of freshness to the taste buds. Beef Tatar: One of CARBON's signature dishes, the beef tartar, blended with Japanese egg yolk and mustard, tastes slightly spicy while carrying the rich flavor of beef. Grilled Lobster Meat Pear Skewers: The lobster is crispy and bouncy, seasoned with sweet chili sauce and lime, sandwiched with sweet slices of pear meat, which sublimates the freshness of the lobster. Grilled tenderloin beef skewers: The grilled tenderloin beef is full of oily flavor, rich meat flavor, firm and chewy texture, teriyaki sauce and chili seasoning make the whole full of summer flavor. Grilled lamb rack: The lamb rack is tender and juicy, with the sweet and sour blackberry candy and mint leaves neutralizing the lamb flavor for a complete end to the feast. Of course you can use whiskey to match the main course Paired with Highland Park’s 12-year-old main course recommendation USDA ribeye steak paired with spring onions and crispy onions, the meat is rich and crispy. Wagyu tenderloin drizzled with teriyaki sauce is served with mushrooms and roasted sweet potatoes. The meat is rich and evenly fat. The barbecue ribs are wrapped in barbecue sauce, with roasted corn and vegetables as side dishes. Each flavor is exquisite and delicate, bringing a surging feeling of sight and taste. Each main course food ranges from $300 to $400.
