The name "Rejuvenation" really resonates with me for some reason. It makes me curious about how one can rejuvenate themselves. 🧏🏻♀️ The food here leans towards a healthy style, and the flavors are quite good. ~ Sakura Shrimp and Scallop Cream Pasta The combination of sakura shrimp and scallops is naturally flavorful. 🦐 The generous portion of sakura shrimp ensures every bite is packed with texture. The scallops are cooked to perfection, tender and soft. The pasta sauce is creamy and smooth, making it a delight to eat. 🍝 ~ Miso Mushroom Rice with Grilled Salmon Set This set meal is rich and colorful, with a great balance of flavors. 🥢 The star of the dish, the grilled salmon, is cooked to a fragrant crisp, with just the right amount of oiliness that doesn’t feel heavy. The miso in the rice is not overpowering, giving it a refreshing taste. Among the side dishes, I particularly enjoyed the king oyster mushrooms and soy sauce tofu. The cherry tomatoes, which are lightly seasoned, offer a sweet and slightly salty flavor that’s very enjoyable. The lunch set includes a tea, but you can upgrade to coffee or soda for an additional charge. I tried the caramel milk coffee and mocha, both of which were delightful. ☕️ Lastly, the ambiance is worth mentioning. The wooden decor creates a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.
