The slices are perfectly thick and evenly marbled, sizzling and fragrant over the charcoal fire. The skilled staff skillfully flips and grills each piece to perfection, resulting in a charred exterior and tender, melt-in-your-mouth tenderness. Paired with lettuce, garlic slices, and their special sauce, the dish is rich and filling, making it irresistible. Their army stew, with its rich and slightly spicy broth, combines kimchi, ham, sausage, ramen noodles, and cheese for a rich and filling experience. The warm broth warms both body and soul. The sour and spicy kimchi blend perfectly with the fragrant batter. I chose the regular and sour Korean fried chicken. The skin was crispy and not greasy, and the sauce was rich but not overpowering. The staff's service is heartwarming. Not only do they expertly grill the meat, they proactively add water, change the grill pans, and even meticulously guide you through the sauce and side dishes.
