MILU THAI | Tsim Sha Tsui's hidden Thai chef unleashes his magic! Hit the Explosive Seafood Mama Noodles!

MILU THAI, who accidentally broke into the 4th floor of Skyline Building in Tsim Sha Tsui, was really surprised! The Thai chef is in charge, the indoor and outdoor seating is very spacious, comfortable enough to chill ~ I tried the recently popular Seafood Mother Noodles ($178) in Thailand. There are two soups: SUKI and tom yum. I chose the SUKI version. The master adjusted the sweetness first, and the spicy flavor secretly followed. It's perfect for me who wants to eat and is afraid of spicy newbies! If you like strong impact, tom yum should be more suitable for your appetite. The snack platter ($188) is definitely a savior of choice difficulties – shrimp cakes bursting with juice, fish cakes are spicy, spring rolls are crispy, bay leaf chicken marinated and seasoned with sour and spicy sauce, you fly back to the streets of Bangkok in a second! Coconut Chicken Soup ($178) Really praise! There are two sizes, large and small, we both ordered the big pot but definitely wise. The coconut flavor is gently wrapped around the sour and spicy sharpness. The whole stomach is warm after drinking it. I drank two bowls in one go! The garlic cauliflower sprouts ($98) were sautéed enough to balance the richness of the whole meal. For drinks, the coconut ($52) is sweet and refreshing, the jando ice ($36) is moderately sweet, and the green vermicelli strips are smooth and chewy, perfect ending. MILU THAI has done its homework in terms of environment, ingredients, and effort. Seafood Mother Noodles is definitely a must-order item.
