Plato Cafe & Bristo is located in Yue Man Square, on the Sky Garden floor, with a relaxed and laid-back atmosphere. The food and ambiance are first-rate, and the value is excellent. Each generous piece of meat was incredibly satisfying! 🐄🍷Beef Cheek Risotto with Red Wine Sauce The beef cheek was incredibly tender, and the risotto was cooked to the perfect consistency. The rice grains were soaked up by the broth, making it a truly delicious sight. 🦑Japanese Tempura Squid Tentacles The squid tentacles that came with the meal were incredibly worthwhile! The batter wasn't thick at all, and the crunch was crispy and not greasy. The tentacles were thick and easy to chew—absolutely top-notch! 🍲🍹The soup and drinks that came with the meal were also delicious. I felt really good after lunch!
