Yuen Long is home to many Thai restaurants, and this time we’re introducing one located in a more remote area of the city. Situated in Yuen Long Industrial Village near Wang Chau, the restaurant offers outdoor seating at its entrance, decorated with a Thai beach vibe. It’s a nice spot to sit, especially during cooler weather. 🍢 Satay Grilled Pork Skewers $108 A total of six skewers, each generously portioned with large chunks of pork. The meat is tender with a bit of fat, and the satay sauce is flavorful with noticeable chunks of peanuts. 🐟 Chiang Mai Herb Salt-Grilled Sea Bass $228 A whole sea bass seasoned with lemongrass, herbs, and coarse salt, grilled without foil wrapping. This results in firmer, denser fish meat. The salt-grilled sea bass has a mild herbal aroma that isn’t overpowering. 🦐🍚 Shrimp Roe Paste Fried Rice with Fresh Prawns $128 Five large prawns are placed on top of the fried rice, which is enough for 2-3 people.
