👀 Restaurant Environment: Went to Tsim Sha Tsui tonight and suddenly craved roasted meats, so I decided to try out a roast meat shop with a nice storefront. The interior is spacious with plenty of booth seating, giving off a clean and tidy vibe. Ordered a set meal for two The entire set includes roast goose (standard portion), a single roast meat selection (standard portion), soup, vegetables, rice noodles/white rice, soup, and a drink. Everything is included, leaving you full and satisfied. Roast Goose Not overly fatty, with tender meat full of goose oil aroma. The skin is crispy, the meat is juicy, and the texture is delicate. I even noticed they offer vacuum-packed options to take home. For the single roast meat, I chose char siu The char siu is half lean and half fatty, soft yet textured. It has slightly charred edges, and the caramelization from honey makes it especially flavorful. Overall, the set meal offers great value for money.
