Central SoHo District: Urban Coffee Roaster x Perfume Trees Gin

I absolutely love finding cocktails that are stunningly presented, and to my surprise, during a ramen outing with my husband, we stumbled upon a hidden Japanese-style bar right next door! The value for money was incredible (just my personal opinion). During the day, they serve coffee and brunch, but by night, it transforms into a cocktail bar with fancy main courses and snacks. If friends visit me in Central for a nice lunch, or if a group of girlfriends wants a chic spot for a girls' talk, this place is definitely a top choice for Central's working crowd! Since it was my husband's birthday month, he insisted on finding a restaurant with great steak and wine. As soon as we entered, he immediately spotted the UCR Coffee Spice Rub Flank Steak on the menu, calling it the thinly sliced, exquisite steak he had been craving! I ordered the Burrata, and it was a delightful surprise! I had never tried Burrata with a yogurt base before, and the hint of strawberry sweetness made the flavor pairing absolutely perfect! Usually, my husband and I prefer sitting at a comfortable regular table, but this time, he suddenly wanted to sit closer to watch the bartender craft cocktails (he chose the Thence Yogurt). As for me, I instantly picked the Egg Tart Cocktail from the menu. The caramel cream topping was so realistic in both appearance and texture—it was bizarrely similar to an actual egg tart! The cocktail is served as a pair, making it super worth it! I highly recommend it to groups of girlfriends who want to enjoy great drinks without overindulging. Sharing this is simply one word: amazing!
