A century-old clock tower!

Whenever we talk about Tsim Sha Tsui’s landmark Central Road, one of them must be mentioned. In the blink of an eye, it has a history of more than a hundred years! As you approach the clock tower, you will see a bronze bell through the glass window. It is a bronze bell cast in England that tells time with its sound, making it one of the most important landmarks in Tsim Sha Tsui. Later, because the four clocks on the clock tower were not keeping synchronized time and the bell sounds were inconsistent, it stopped operating in 1950 and was listed as a statutory monument in 1990!
