Muji’s current summer menu features ingredient combinations that are both refreshing and full of texture! Three- and four-dish rice sets are very popular in Hong Kong, but satisfying the local palate is a challenge. Muji Restaurant uses seasonal, fresh ingredients to create various dishes. This time, I chose the kelp miso winter melon, sweet pepper sauce fried chicken, mentaiko mixed mushroom thick omelet, and winter melon orange salad as the four dishes.
