Large head prawns have fresh roe, with firm and bouncy meat; steamed in a basket preserves the original flavor, while typhoon shelter style adds a tasty twist. XO sauce steamed razor clams with vermicelli are very fresh, tender, and satisfyingly large. ✅ Highly recommended for value ▶️ sea urchin gunkan, ginger and scallion fried eel balls, Saikyo grilled halibut, crispy fried squab, puff pastry baked turbot fish soup, and oil-salt baked crab Sea urchin gunkan melts in your mouth. Puff pastry baked turbot fish soup is rich and high quality. Sesame chicken wings and grilled eel are my personal favorites.
