My cousin got hooked after trying brunch at The One branch last time. Then we went to the Sea to Love Mall to try dinner and chose the $538 set meal for two. The set includes soup, bread, two appetizers, two main dishes, and drinks. 🥕Carrot cream soup – quite thick and creamy. 🥖Soft bread rolls with butter. 🐚French escargot The escargot is flavorful, the herb butter is decadently rich, and the cheesy mashed potatoes are smooth. 🐮Roasted beef bone marrow with herb sauce, sourdough bread One of the highlights, the fragrant bone marrow is intoxicating, and the sourdough bread is chewy. 🐷Black pork rack with bone – Grilled with honey mustard sauce. Crispy on the outside, juicy inside. French green beans are very crisp. Sweet potato mash – a delightful surprise, sweet and smooth, really liked it. 🦞Lobster bouillabaisse Seafood in tomato sauce, very appetizing. Half a live lobster – bursting with roe, the meat is springy. Black mussels – creamy and melts in your mouth. Fennel wine grilled prawns – the prawn meat is crisp and fresh. Fermented fish – thick meat with slightly crispy skin. Potato cubes – tender and flavorful. Drinks: Rosé wine Sparkling wine Both are easy to drink and pair well with both meat and seafood.
