Today I went to Park Lane Hotel with my colleagues for a buffet. The variety of food was very rich, with plenty of choices for both cooked dishes and seafood. I started with some king crab legs and salmon sashimi, both quite fresh and didn’t have to wait long in line. The Chinese and Western dishes were decent, and my colleague highly recommended the mashed potatoes, which had a strong buttery flavor and were very smooth. The soup was also very popular. The homemade gelato is a must-try! Among the gelato flavors, durian and Maotai were especially popular, with a really rich taste. The quality is even better than those 30-40 HKD cups you find on the market, truly not to be missed.
